Red on the Right - caps and clothing - how to use our website

At nrd online we offer top quality clothing, caps and bags that are personalised to suit the needs of our customers. In order for you to get exactly what you are looking for you simply need to use the following steps.

Step 1
Choose the item you want, e.g. cap, bag or t-shirt etc. from our home page.
Select the colour and size.
Click 'customise this product'

Step 2
Next you move on to the 'workbench' page. At this stage you create the design you want to have embroidered. You also decide how many of the items you want (there is no minimum order but you do receive substantial discount for larger orders)

How long until I receive my order?

A. Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. This time can increase depending on the size of the order and the time of year. For orders that are expected to take longer to be dispatched we will reply with an estimated time.

How much will my order cost?

A. The cost of your order will be displayed on the workbench page of the website. This cost will take into account the cost of individual garments as well as the cost of embroidery and any discounts for volume orders. It will also calculate the cost of shipping.

Is my payment secure?

A. Yes, your payment is made through Paypal, one of the most secure methods of online payment around. If you are not happy with this method of payment however, you can pay by cheque or contact us to arrange another method of payment. (This will result in a delay to your order being processed).

How big can my design be?

A. The workbench page of the website has a grid on it that represents the size of the design. This grid varies for different garments (there is a ruler on the grid to tell you the size). Please take care to keep your design within the grid when creating your design otherwise we will not be able to exactly match your design.

What is your returns policy?

A. We do not offer a returns policy, as each item is custom made to your specification. So when you are placing your order make sure to pick the correct size of garment for your self. We recommend you select the size in inches from the choices given.

Q. I can't find the font (lettering style) I want, do you have any others?

A. Yes, we have a large selection of fonts we are able to use. If you contact us we can probably find the font you are looking for.

Q. Do you have any other stock designs I can choose from?

A. Yes we have thousands of designs in stock and are adding to them all the time.

Q. I want a special logo embroidered can you do this?

A. Yes, we are able to recreate almost any logo you have. For more information go to our design 'your own logo' page on the website.

Q. How do I make an order of over 50 items?

A. This website allows you to process any order of up to 49 items. If you wish to place an order of 50 or more items, however, you have to contact us with your enquiry. This can be done by e-mail or by phone.
